To circumcise or not ???

I’m having a little man and I’m thrilled. But the question that I’ve been wondering is should we circumcise him or not? My husband isn’t circumcised and he’s never had any issues. He says that as long as we clean it right and eventually he teaches him how to clean it that he will be fine. What are the pros and cons. Also I don’t know if this is TMI but I can see my husbands head it’s not like it’s covered if that makes sense 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️............................ thanks everyone for your opinions I really do appreciate everyone’s input.
