Zoloft?

I am currently 15 weeks 1 day pregnant and I was diagnosed with anxiety and PPD after having my first baby girl in June of 2016..although the anxiety and depression were happening way before pregnancy but I feel like PP amped it up. My doctor prescribed me Lexapro which worked tremendously for me but after a miscarriage in August and then getting pregnant again right after has made my hormones all wacky! I was advised to wean off of Lexapro during my pregnancy and I was going to try and tough it out for this pregnancy because I’d rather not put my baby at risk; however, the anxiety is becoming too much for me to handle. I spoke to my OB yesterday at my 15 week appointment and she prescribed me 25mg of Zoloft..and after a week upping the dose to 50mg.

My question is, had anyone ever taken Zoloft during a pregnancy? Did you have any side effects? A Safe pregnancy? Advice?? My OB, PCP and therapist all say it’s safe or else I wouldn’t even consider it but any insight would be so appreciated!!
