Serious crime

What should you do when you're accused of a serious crime? I got accused of a serious crime a few years ago and people still believe it and isolate me due to it. If someone doesn't know then someone tells them and they act different to me. The people that go around telling it I can't confront them because they deny it. And the people who believe them I try to ignore them and they'll get offended. It's bad Bc I'm a minor and I need to go to school, I can't move, I can't change my name, NOTHING

And the person who accused me didn't get charged or any jail time
