Guys!! Working out help
I need advice. I want to spend time with my boyfriend and my dogs. I work from 7:30-4 sometimes 5 in the morning. I do not wake up early well so working out before work isn't really an option. Maybe if I change my hours to 9-5. Anyway, I wanted to start working out at home (I don't have the time, energy, or money to go to the gym) would I still see results? We go to sleep at 9:00pm on the weekends because we wake up early so there's not a lot of time to study, clean, work out, play with dogs, and see boyfriend. How do I get around this? I don't have a lot of space to workout right now (it's a small house) so I'm not really sure if I'd see the same results.
