I AM SO BLOATED!!!! HELP!
I cannot stop bloating. I have been eating smaller meals throughout the day (5-6 small meals a day roughly), I’ve been drinking water, exercising 4 days a week..and I still bloat? Is it something I’m eating? I’m PMSing right now so it’s worse. In the morning my stomach is flat and lean, and when I eat or drink anything or balloons...! What in the world?! Help 😭
