We just found out that we have an ectopic pregnancy in my left tube. I am 6 weeks 3 days. I had normal hcg levels and progesterone. Se sent for a routine 6 week ultrasound due to a previous loss at 6 weeks a few months back but they couldn’t find anything in the uterus and instead we found out this. I just got a methotrexate injection. I’m feeling frustrated that we let ourselves get excited again and am starting to feel like this is never going to happen for us. Anyone with experience and insight on this? What should I expect from the shot? When will bleeding start? How long did you wait after the shot to try again? How long did it take you to get pregnant again? I would greatly appreciate hearing from any of you that can speak from experience(s) you’ve had. Thanks in advance ☺️
