Hormones after miscarriage

Please I need help!! 😭😭😭 I had a miscarriage January 14 to 19 i was just a few days pregnant so my hcg levels went back to zero in like three days, now Im having a lot of problems! Last week I was throwing up and had years I didn’t throw up, been suuuper nauseous and now im smelling things, my husband feet smell make me want to throw up and also my dog smell I just can’t hold it no more lol please help!!
