EXCESSIVE BLEEDING AFTER NEXPLANON???

I got the Nexplanon implant at my six week post partum checkup after having my daughter. I had it for the full three years with no problems, other than that I never had a period while on it (which I loved). The time came to have it removed, so I had it taken out. I went for three months with no period. Then suddenly I bled for six weeks straight. Then three weeks with no period, followed by another five weeks of bleeding. This time I only had about a week and a half before my period started again and I’ve been bleeding for about one week so far. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this? Can you make any recommendations on what to do? I’m not in any pain or anything but I’m TTC and this is extremely inconvenient. Plus tampons are getting expensive x_x !
