I’m in 8th grade and have a boyfriend of 1 year. We’re very close and he’s my absolute best friend. We have student government at our school. Elections take place in the beginning of the year and midterms this upcoming week. In the beginning of the year we decided he would run for Speaker (the top position) and I would run for something else, then at midterms I would run for speaker and he would run for something else. He didn’t win in the beginning of the year and only I was on student government. I talked to him the other day and said I might want to run for speaker and he said that was fine but he was still going to run. I think he’s breaking what we said at the beginning of the year and I don’t know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
