Advice please

I just do not know what to do. I have a crush on a guy who is a varsity basketball player. He always gives me crap about everything I do, but at the same time I feel like he is someone who would never like me. Here is a picture of myself. I just do not know what I should do. I feel that I am not pretty enough for anyone to ever like me. If you have any suggestions please send them my way. Thank you in advance.
