Can someone help with a workout plan?
I would love some advice on what excersises to do, and if you are a trainer or did them yourself that's even better. I'm 5ft 5in and 230lbs and I'm looking to lose 65lbs if not more by August (so about 10lbs a month) I have my reasons just need some advice.
I'd love to focus on building a better butt and lower half in general but need full body stuff. I carry most of my weight in my stomach so I need excersises that burn fat and focus on the stomach.
I dont have a gym membership yet but will be getting one once we pay off multiple things when taxes get here, so for now excersises that are body weight or dumbbells is what I need.

My goal is to be a healthy weight (and to be as close as possible to the weight I was when my husband and I met, which was 130lbs) before we try to conceive
