Can orgasm make you have a MC?

I haven’t had sex since I ovulated January 14th. I’m 6 weeks tomorrow and have been really wanting to have sex again. My husband is afraid to bc I had a MC last Feb. I started bleeding after sex. I gave myself an orgasm tonight, and had some really bad cramps for like 20 min after. I feel so stupid and weak for doing it. It’s so scary. I keep feeling like I’m going to start bleeding any time. I had an ultrasound last week bc of my recurrent miscarriages and the sac was there and looked great. I have another one on Wednesday. I just hope it’s still there.
