Should we wait?

Jessica • Twin momma (11 year old girls) and baby boy (4.5 months)

I recently got hired on to the company I have worked with for five years. I took a pay cut and lost the people I supported, but in a year the money will be higher and there are better benefits overall. After a year, you receive a very lengthy maternity leave and a very good percentage of it is paid. We have been trying to get pregnant since July 2017. We started in Jan of 2017 and got pregnant in April, losing the baby in June. We have had no luck sense and we both have children from another relationship, but would like one of our own. I have twin girls who are ten and my husband has a six year old boy. Do we keep trying and risk not being paid paternity leave nor the length of time or do we wait until June or July and hopefully that baby would come earlier than March if we got pregnant? We agreed if we couldn’t get pregnant this year, we’d move on as it’s emotionally draining for both of us and we have three healthy children already. I need advice ladies!
