AF is very weird this month.

I normally bleed pretty heavy for the first 3 out of 4 days. I wear a pad at night and almost bleed through every night I’m on my period so I wake up in a panic hoping I didn’t. Well this entire period has been like extremely light flow to sometimes just spotting but I have horrible cramps and cramps are normally caused by a clot of blood passing. Idk what’s going on. Any ideas?
