PCOS Ladies please read
Wanted to write. I have had a history of irregular cycles. I miraculously conceived my daughter around CD 60! Anyway, I want to try for another baby and started reading about black cohosh. Both months I've taken it I have ovulated! These are the most beautiful charts I've had ever. And I've charted on and off for 5 years. I encourage you to look into black cohosh! Not pregnant yet, but regulating my cycles is the first step.
