2 days late BFN :(

HELP! 34 yr old female, very regular periods with regular 26 day cycle like clockwork. I have never ever been a day late or a day early. I am now 2 days late for my period which makes me 14 dpo today. I took 2 pregnancy tests today- 1 FRER and a early detection 10 miU strip. All BFN. Not even the faintest of line. I had been cramping & feeling tired and genuinely thought period was on it's way but the cramping stopped the day i was due my period. No other symptoms other than very erect nipples for past week (sorry tmi). My diet or lifestyle hasnt changed... could i still be pregnant ? This is so frustrating & worrying !
