1 month old is teething!

So, my 1 month old baby is teething. Al the symthoms, drowling, pain, hard gums, issues sleeping and eating. Oh, and little white teeth poking out of her bottom gums. Problem? What do you do to sooth a month old teething early? Can't use baby oral gel, because they have to be 3 months old, right? She hates her teething ring, its a cold one, but it gives her a bit of relief because then she can eat, but it only works for 20 - 30 minz before she's in pain again. :( Any advice on what I can do for her to help?
