I can't believe how much I weigh

I have just stepped on the scales for the first time in a long time, and it's fair to say that reality has slapped me in the face. I weigh 293lbs. Never in my life did I ever think I would be this close to 300lbs. Before now, my highest weight was 260lbs, and I thought I was disgusting - I lost 77lbs and felt amazing, but it's all crept back on. Now add another 33lbs and imagine how I feel about myself! No wonder I don't seem to be getting pregnant, after over a year of trying. Sorry for the 'poor little me' post - I know I'm the only person to blame, and that I have to do something about it. Posting anon because I'm so ashamed 😔
