pumping for donation
I thought I wouldn't be able to EBF, but I can, and have been able to create enough of a surplus that I want to donate to NICU. when should I pump to make sure I get the most milk? I'm sure they'll for me directions, but I also need to save some for my son to drink on the odd day I have to go to work. looking for max efficiency for being able to nurse and pump
