Tight feeling in lower abdomen during early pregnancy? UPDATE

Has anyone felt like a really tight feeling in their lower abdomen and belly during early pregnancy? Seeing the doctor tomorrow because I have only gotten BFNs but it's very odd feeling. It also feels hard when I touch...

UPDATE: Well it is most certainly not a baby 😞 He is sending me to get an abdominal scan, and I am worried it's because he suspects endometriosis might be the reason for the tightness and pain based on what he said. Because he was asking me about my laptoscopic appendectomy because he said sometimes when they do that they look for the endometriosis as well, but I had my appendectomy almost ten years ago, so that was too long ago. I was actually to the doctor to get my follicle scan because I am currently taking Clomid, so nothing and my follicles were actually under developed so I got to wait until Thursday possibly to get my trigger. While J am happy the bigger follicles are on my right side (the good side) I feel frustrated now by this stomach thing. For years I feared that I might have endometriosis and now to have my doctor thinking that it maybe be the cause it concerning and disappointing 😞😢
