Cervical Mucus after endometriosis surgery???

So a little back story. I have PCOS and I get normal periods. I had horrible cramps and awful periods when induced and since I was ovulating with meds my dr suspected something else was going on to prevent me from getting pregnant.

So I had the surgery as well as another HSG done on 2/7 so I'm 5 days post op. She removed endo and found that my right tube is blocked. So for the past 2 days now I've had TONS of EWCM. We haven't been cleared for sex yet but if this is a sign that my body is naturally ovulating I don't want to miss a month especially since now we know I only have one functioning tube. Is this a side effect of the surgery or could this mean I'm actually ovulating???

I'm so new to this endo thing and I'm not too familiar with it so any info would help!!
