TTC Advice

My fiancé and I have been TTC for over a year. I've had 2 miscarriages both second trimester. I never realized how low the chances were to get pregnant until I did more research. This month I've educated myself some more and started doing things like ending with him on top, keeping my legs in the air after, buying and ovulation kit, and we're trying preseed today. I changed jobs in this month because my last job was way to stressful and it exhausted me physically and mentally. we were both checked after my last miscarriage and everything looks normal. The only thing is I have ovarian cysts but my doctor said they aren't effecting anything. just mild discomfort. I need help! any advice?
