Ruptured hemorrhoids at delivery ?

I have thrombosis external hemorrhoids. Is it possible to them to rupture while I'm giving birth?

I'm really scared about this. It's my second pregnancy and I'm at 39 weeks - I've literally never had a hemorrhoid before in my life and suddenly... bam! Yesterday there's two and they're external. I'm not in pain, I'm just trying not to think about them too much but I'm really worried about them getting worse during labour. Im hoping some tea tree oil, witch hazel etc will shrink them down somewhat before labour starts.
Like there aren't enough things to worry about!

Omg I was just thinking this! I have to MASSIVE ones that hurt but not terribly. Usually just putting witch hazel on it takes the pain away but can they rupture during delivery? Oh the relief if they did! Haha!
