faint pos?

I am 5 days before my period is due, but I have had a lot of different things happening including morning diarrhea for over a week and a half. Which is very very rare for me I'm not sick. I posted my tweaked test because I can see it in person but it doesn't photograph well when it's so faint pink. I don't want to get my hopes up because I've had bad luck with the strips sometimes but line appears pink and exactly where it should be. what do you think? I have it next to the negative one for a reference
