Old belly piercing .. OUCH

I had my belly button pierced when I was a teenager and took it out about 4 or 5 years ago. The hole never closed, but never bothered me. Now I’m almost 31 weeks and the skin between the holes is so stretched it has become red, itchy and burns. Even the area around it hurts without being touched! I don’t believe it’s infected. I feel like the more my belly stretches the worse it’s going to get. Anyone else dealing or dealt with this? I’m putting alcohol and peroxide on it.
