FIRST APPT WITH OBGYN

So I've NEVER been to an OB/GYN! I went today for an annual pap and infertility discussion. I am 23 and have STRUGGLED so much with my weight. I am 300 LBS. When my OB/GYN seen my weight, she REFUSED to help with infertility. she recommended me to a bariatric doctor. she continuously kept saying she won't help if I'm obese. I am currently working on my weight but should I go to a different doctor? My husband is 28. I feel like if we don't do something now, he will be too old to have children. 😭😢
