HELP....TMI

Okay so this is super tmi but I need input....

My vagina has been hurting the past two days. Today I was itchy which I am 99% positive it was my underwear (when I shifted everything around I was no longer itchy) but I decided to look and see if anything was off since it was bothering me. I felt a bump which is normally not there. When I looked in the mirror part of my inner labia was a huge numb and sore. I’m concerned on what this could be or what it is. There is only one and it’s almost cystic like in the way it feels.

I am very sexually active. Both my partner and I have been tested for stds and all before. This started after having ruff sex yesterday (the bump was noticed today) and I’m unsure of I’ve just inflamed the area, maybe I scratched it, or if I need to call a doc and get checked immediately. I’m seeing my doctor next month so I’m not sure. Please any input?
