Advice 😣

Im currently pregnant with baby number 2. I had my doctors appointment today. Told the doctor i wanted a cesarean section to tie my tubes while delivering. Says im too young to tie my tubes (im 29, 30 in a couple of months). My husband and i had agreed to only having 2 kids since we both had a rough childhood. Doctor made it seem that we are horrible people for not wanting more kids. We know our financial status and what we can afford. Are we bad people?
