Really struggling to eat.

Anyone else 8 weeks and really struggling with eating? I either can eat but only a few bites and feel like iv eat a 3 course meal im that full, or i cant even attempt to eat so just drink bottles of water alot. I was like this with my 2nd daughter but cant remember if it started this early. Im not sick everyday, just feel sick 🤢
