Incontinence

Guys I’m 22 weeks, and have just started experiencing incontinence for the first time in my life. It’s generally only a few drops after I pee, but at least twice now it’s happened spontaneously. Before you all start shouting ‘do your kegals’ I have actually been doing them religiously! I guess I’m just worried (and embarrassed) that I’m only halfway there and this could get a whole lot worse. Any other sufferers out there? Any tips? 😭
