Could this be preterm labor or Braxton Hicks?

Last night, I started having really bad cramping. They were like menstrual cramps. After noticing they were coming and going I started timing them. They were 4 minutes apart. This lasted from 45 minutes to an hour. I started hurting in my hips badly eventually while cramping. All night long I hurt. I would have Sharp pains where the cramping was taking place earlier that night (like where it cramps when you’re on period. Honestly right now I’m not sure what that area is called 🤦🏻‍♀️) well every time i would pee, when I’d wipe there would be clear discharge. Im still hurting. I’m not sure if I should go to the doctor, or what. Someone please help???
