i lost 1.5lbs!

i know that is like nothing but i cut out sugar and salt and snacking from my diet and am lightly exersizing. and started last week. i have lost a pound and a half! im so happy! it tottaly gave me a boost! i was 166.8 and fluctuate to 168.5 but today i was 165.1 and fluctuated to 166.9! yay me!
