I’m so confused

Hello all, based on my lmp I would be about 7 weeks 4 days. I woke up this morning to some pretty heavy bleeding so I called my doctor she told me to go to the office and check my levels and have an ultrasound. Today was the first day we heard the baby’s heartbeat and it was amazing but the ultrasound tech is saying based on the scan we are only 5 weeks 5 days. Also I had my labs done feb 8 and they were at 6,000. Anyone had anything similar to this ? Also, had an ultrasound last week on the 8th and could only see the sack no baby and when I spoke to the doctor this morning she was worried about an ectopic pregnancy based on how high my levels were last week and not seeing a baby
