Worried help please

I’m 16 and I’ve had like a stinging pain in my boob sometimes both now and then, but no lumps but today I saw a post on Facebook about dimples on boobs and it was breast cancer, n I’m not sure if I’m just being paranoid but I feel like I have a small one where my boob ends and my tummy starts to the side, however I think it may be where my bra has been diging in. What do you guys think and should I tell my mum
