Could it be?

Had a miscarriage around the 18 of January. the bleeding lasted for about a week. Hubby & I have had sex a few times & I started spotting. it was like old blood. with a little pink in it & it lasted for 2 days. I've been having pregnancy symptoms (of course I think it's too early. I've been nauseous and have had sore boobs fatigue) but I was wondering if anyone has had the same experience and ended up pregnant. Dr says my hcg levels were back to normal after mc.
