HELP?

So I’m on birth control and get my period consistently on the Wednesday of the Placebo week. For some reason this time I only have red discharge and don’t have that much bleeding. Earlier I had brown blood but I just checked and it’s red blood. It doesn’t soak up a whole pad. Is this just my period slowly coming in, or am I pregnant? I know it’s crazy, but I just want to eliminate every possibility that I am. I had sex a few weeks ago and my man came in me. Just now I went to the bathroom and looked down at the toilet and found a red tissue/discharge had come out. What is this??? I’m so confused????? It looked like a circle with multiple stringy legs but it wasn’t very round. It was about a pinky size. What’s going on with my body???
