Feeling awful

I went to get an ultrasound today and they did it vaginal. I’m only 5 weeks and a few days so all they could see in the yolk sac. I went to the er last week for a little bleeding but everything was fine. After the ultrasound I’m so crampy, so nauseous, my head is pounding my back and just feeling so uncomfortable. I had a miscarriage in November and this time I told god I’ll go through whatever to have this baby. Anyone else ever feel like this? Everything hurts and I’m so uncomfortable
