Help! I don’t think I’m ovulating.

Ladies. I’m currently CD18. According to glow my fertile week was the 7th to 13th Feb. But that whole time I had no symptoms that I normally have. I normally bloat and get a change in my CM.

This time I had barely any CM. Like I’m talking basically dry. All. The. Time.

I didn’t get a peak on a opk. I’m starting to lose hope. TTC 7 months and last month I thought I was pregnant. and was 2 days late and had a faint positive on a hpt. But then AF showed up. That bitch.

I don’t know whats going on and I don’t even know how to approach it with a doctor. Do I just rock up and be like. So....pretty sure I’m not ovulating??? Any suggestions.
