Has anyone else been ill in the 3rd trimester? Got a terrible head cold and bad temperature and bad cough , been to the doctors and they can’t give me anything.
Just want to feel better :( what could help? Been resting since I got ill 🤒

I’ve been very sick as well. My midwife prescribed a steroid inhaler and it made a HUGE difference. I started recovering almost immediately.

I’ve been miserable with constant cough the past week, plus sore throat the past few days. Up every hour coughing! Using honey to soothe throat and humidifier with diffusing oils. Plus steam showers. But it’s misery - sorry you’re in the same boat! Just want to get better before baby arrives and had to use 2 days PTO which sucked.
