Is it normal to be this big at only 12 weeks ?? This is my first pregnancy , and I always heard that women barely show at 12 weeks ... but here I am ... looking like 6 months in

at 12 weeks you are most likely starting to show plus still a little bloated so thats most likely why you are bigger.. thats why i was big at 12 weeks

it'll reduce once your hormones regulate
your uterus has just come up to the top of your pubic bone and baby is tiny still
progesterone is exceedingly high to support pregnancy and that makes the digestive system slow to a crawl so your body can extract all nutrients
out makes women gassy, bloated and constipated which all leads to full bowels which makes us look super preggers when it's just a poop belly lol

Wow that's hard to hide if you haven't announced yet. Erm.. Have you had a scan yet to know how many babies you have? My friend was quite big at twelve weeks but its her second.
