Help. Did I hurt my baby?

I just found out today that I’m 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I just recently went to this place called sky zone 3 days ago it’s a indoor trampoline park. My question is will me jumping around and stuff hurt my baby?? I’m so scared and wish I would have known I was pregnant before I went there. I’m not in any pain or anything I feel completely normal. I don’t have my first doctor appointment until 8 weeks. TIA.

I went water skiing and tubing while 12 weeks with my daughter, and rock climbed up until 25 weeks. Lol. Babies are pretty safe in there. While they recommend against risky behavior just in case, it’s unlikely you’ll actually harm them. There are many instances where people have been in terrible car accidents and even one occasion where a woman jumped off the San Francisco Bay bridge and both she and her late term baby survived.

My mom went water skiing with me when she was 6 months pregnant and somehow I pulled through. Just keep your normal appointment . If you’re not in any pain I wouldn’t be super alarmed. Now you know you’re pregnant so take it easy and try not to stress.

If you aren’t having bleeding or cramping you should be alright. Shaking and jumping around won’t hurt the baby because it is protected by fluid. Ask your dr when you go.

I went on a 8 hour motorcycle ride at that many weeks pregnant. My son is a healthy 4 year old

I was told by my doctor that up until the 2nd trimester any jumping movement would be fine but after that I should slow down (I wasn’t very active before I got pregnant).

I went indoor skydiving when I was in my first trimester (I think 6 weeks) and now I am 38 weeks pregnant. you should be fine
