Frustrated???

Been trying to conceive AF due for Feb 9 until today I haven't got it had spotted when I wiped yesterday bright red n that was it this morning took a hpt n got a BFN I have never been this late been cramping but nothing only things I am taking is Vitex n did Preseed first time last month 😔😭😢
