I really need some opinions here

Ok so my hubby and I had sex yesterday early morning around 2 am. Yesterday was also my most fertile day. Afterwards I noticed some bright red blood. It seemed too much to be just spotting and it's never happened before. It didn't last long so I just chalked it up to the sex irritating my cervix. Then this morning I woke up with a headache that just will not quit no matter what I do or take. I have been drinking water and eating hoping it'll help and nothing. took medicine and it helps for maybe 15 minutes then the headache is back. It's like a dull throbbing but it's way persistent. I'm also extremely bloated and gassy. Very uncomfortable. What I'm wondering is is it even possible to have any signs at conception. I'm only 1 DPO so I'm not testing anytime soon. Just wondered what everyone's experiences were with something like this.
