Waiting for my hcg levels.

I went to the doctors on Monday and did my pregnancy test. I was so dumb and thirsty, so I drank a bunch before and they saw I was pregnant, by the line was faint (with fmu my tests were very dark). So they grabbed blood and my hcg levels were 189. Really hope they got higher after today’s blood! Had no pelvic exam or u/s. I just want to know how far along I am! My question is when did they do a pelvic exam when you first went to the doctors?! I know it’s not really possible to tell how far along you are with your levels, but I would like to see (positive) stories!
