Vape or wax pen

Is this a vape or wax pen? Found it in my husbands truck

Edit- I found it in the center console of his car inside of a screen protector box with tons of eye drops.

I’ve asked him before and he always says no he doesn’t. The other day he came home from work and smelled like pot and I said did you smoke and he denied it over and over. Until he gave in and said he took a hit from the guy at works pen... is wax bad? Sorry I don’t know much haha.

Edit- for all the people saying whys it matter... it matters to me because he lied to me. It matters to me because it is illegal. It matters to me because he could lose his job. It matters to me because it takes away from our son because all he does is comes home and sleeps. It also matters because he was in trouble once and won’t get off easy if he’s caught again.
