Anyone else experience SCH

Yesterday morning I woke up early to go to the bathroom, and was surprised to find a lot of blood. I’m currently. 8 weeks pregnant and thought I was having a miscarriage. My heart was broken, but I called my doctor and he wanted to do an ultrasound ASAP. So we went it and found our baby heathy and growing, with a strong heartbeat. But we also found the cause of the bleeding, a subchronic hemorrhage. They said it was small and shouldn’t be a big problem, that they usually resolve themselves. Has anyone else had any experience with this? Can you feel it? Because I feel like I can, as soon as this started I had a slight achey pain in my stomach. Though they did find an ovarian cyst as well so maybe it is that? Any advice or reassurance would be wonderful 😊
