38 weeks +15 hour drive = adult diapers?

I’m going back home and the road trip going to where I am was pretty horrendous. Sometimes we wouldn’t stop by a city for 2 hours or more and it just hurt to hold it in. Would you guys do it or nah? Post is anonymously for the sake of my embarrassment lol.

I would buy a kids travel potty seat and find a discrete place to stop. You need to get out and walk anyway, so just peeing in a diaper isn’t a good choice.

I wouldn’t be able to do it. I have a hard time not going to the bathroom in a normal bathroom, so I wouldn’t be able to squat by the side of the road either. 
But, to travel that far away from your OB that late in your pregnancy is weird to me. My OB wouldn’t clear me to travel more than 2 hours one way by car after 36 weeks due to the possibility of going into labor.

Can you take a train back? I already told my husband I can't do the 16 hour drive and would rather fly, or if too far along to fly do the 20 hour train ride even alone so I can still pee whenever I want and not worry about if ill be able to get a drink/food.

Do you have to stop in a city? I used to have a horrible long distance drive where there was a lot of... let’s just say nothingness... and there were still plenty of places (gas stations, fast food stops, rest areas) to stop for a pee. And yeah I did it pregnant.
I mean I wouldnt do the adult diaper, personally. I very much doubt I’d be comfortable sitting in my own pee, but that’s just me......
