Possibly pregnant?

So I took a FRT hpt on the 13th and I got a faint positive but it definitely was there and stayed there. I went to my endocrinologist today for a routine visit and they decided to do a blood test and it came negative. They will retest me next Tuesday.

Either I ovulated on the 7th and implanted on the 10th (I had horrible cramps and backaches) or I ovulated on the 10th.

This is the last month we’re going to try for number 3 so it is what it is but it’s still a little disheartening if it is a negative.
