Spots on period on thigh

Please no hateful comments and I’m so so sorry if I make you all feel sick and I don’t want to. I just don’t know what to do.

Every time I start my period, I get all these spots near my anus/ my thigh and they are so itchy and irritating. I honestly hate it. I’m 14 years old and what should I do?
