Pregnant ?

Hey guys i missed my period by about two weeks. I was sick for a week and it stopped now I’m having heartburn for a while and random dizziness that started today. I took a test around two days before my period was supposed to come and it came out faintly positive. I took another one the next day and clearly negative. I had spotting two days later and it stopped. I feel like crap and can’t even get out of bed right now. Here’s the test down below. I haven’t taken one since.
